- Transfer data from paper formats into the company’s core operational system
- Transfer any other data provided directly by Management
- Update data in the system, ensuring there are no mistakes
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
- Provide support to the business development team as required
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Understanding of data confidentiality principles
- Good command of English both oral and written
- Good customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ordinary level of education or higher
